Feet hygiene is a very important aspect of our personal hygiene. 1. With more than 250,000 sweat glands on our feet, it is considered one of the most perspiring parts of the body
2. Sweat is basically salt and water. The smell is actually caused by bacteria on our skin that eats the sweat and excretes waste that has a strong odor.
3. The odor gets trapped on our socks and shoes all day.
4. Some people sweat more than other people, thus collecting more odor from the bacteria that eats the sweat.
Here are a few tips to avoid feet odor:
